Service Guarantee
Greenpine Landscaping and Earthworks provides a “Done Right or We Fix It Free” guarantee on sod installation, land clearing, and grading services, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to workmanship-related issues that arise directly from services performed by our team. To qualify:
The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of service completion.
The affected area must be accessible for inspection and correction.
The customer must have followed all post-service care instructions provided at the time of service.
Covered Services
Sod Installation: Coverage includes improper installation, failed rooting, or uneven laying caused by workmanship.
Land Clearing: Coverage includes incomplete brush/tree removal or leftover debris when explicitly defined in the scope of work.
Grading: Coverage includes improper slope, pooling, or leveling not completed to the agreed specifications.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:
Damage or issues caused by weather events, irrigation failure, erosion, flooding, pets, or client neglect.
Problems arising from pre-existing site conditions, such as unmarked utilities, debris, underground structures, or unsuitable soil.
Subjective preferences or expectations not included in the written project scope.
Any claims made more than 7 days after service completion for clearing and grading.
For sod installations, initial gaps between rolls are expected and will naturally fill in as the grass establishes. Claims related to sod will not be considered until after 30 days, allowing sufficient time for the grass to set.
Material Costs
If corrective work is required under this guarantee:
Labor is free.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of any new materials required to complete the repair (e.g., sod, fill dirt, gravel, etc.).
We reserve the exclusive right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies under this guarantee and to offer repair, adjustment, or rework at our discretion.
